PO2 and oxygen saturation: normal

CTPE : normal

Echo and ECG: normal

CT chest: normal

Kidney function: normal

What's the possible explanation?

Thank you for the interaction, combined respiratory alkalosis (predominant) and metabolic acidosis (bicarb 14). Hyperventilation alone does not explain the metabolic acidosis. Salicylate toxicity is a possibility. Do you have an anion gap?
