Thank you for your feedback, this is pressure/volume loop showing inspiratory effort by the patient indicated by a decrease in the pressure to a negative value associated with an increase in the volume. This may require to increase the flow or sedation and it may cause the patient to trigger another ventilator breath (double triggering).
