As you see they set the rate at 24/min and an inspiratory time of 2 seconds leaving only 0.5 second for expiration. This resulted in severe dynamic hyperinflation syndrome and autoPEEP.

the flow scaler is typical for dynmaic hyeprinflation it its totaly against air leak . yet at rt side of the screen the measurable date noting air leak 51%...(I am not familiar with this vent. brand.)
2nd my comment about the pressure scaler it is not typical for auto peep as the pressure is not escalating to higher levels with consecutive breaths
do you have explanation or further comment
