All the breath waves are patient-triggered, pressure-limited, and flow cycled, thus the mode is Pressure Support Ventilation (PSV). It would be difficult to differentiate Assisted Pressure Control Ventilation (PCV) from PSV without looking at the ventilator settings as both have decelerating flow wave and pressure limited in PSV or control in PCV. However, in PCV the inspiratory time is fixed whereas in PSV the inspiratory time will be variable as patient's efforts are different from breath to breath. Note that the cycling mechanism in PSV is flow but in PCV it is time!
